Ron is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and holds a Masters Degree in Taxation. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, California Society of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Consultors.

Ron is the former Controller of KFCB Channel 42 Television. He currently serves on the governing board of The Noah Webster Educational Foundation. He is a former Charter member of the Contra Costa County Human Relations Commission and Mt. Diablo Hospital Advisory Board. He is the project area member for the City of Brentwood and currently serves at the Contra Costa County Aeronautical Advisory Commission.

Ron has been a co-owner of Reagan Management Services since 1979.

Patricia is a co-owner of Reagan Management Services, which opened in Central Contra Costa County in 1979.

She is a California Registered Tax Preparer, CRTP, with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Patricia's background is in corporate marketing and sales management with Chicago Title Insurance Company, in the Walnut Creek area. She has an additional 3 years in real estate sales.

As co-owner of Reagan Management Services, and prior to moving to Brentwood, she specialized in the preparation of non-profit filings and grant funding proposals.
